“Love Thy CEX” and Earn Yourself 44% Profit
Right, so I’ve officially published the “spoils of war” (that’s the war that GameStation have chosen to wage with me – rather then be civilised!) over the “£10 Extra” promotion.
So – I now need to go about finding you – the good people of Loopholington – some profit bagging deals.
Okay, first up:
Head on over to TopCashBack and click on the Zavvi link (to earn 3% extra) and pick yourself up “Love They Neighbour 1-8” currently priced at £11.95
Now, as there’s no boxset code for this product on the CEX website, we will happily split this (when it arrives) into individual series.
That is of course providing they all have individual barcodes – which as a repackage – you’d imagine they would (untested, but for the profit – Its worth a punt!)
Each series will return the following results:
[Trade]
Series 1 £3
Series 2 £3
Series 3 £3
Series 4 £1.60
Series 5 40p
Series 6 £1.60
Series 7 £3
Series 8 £1.60
= £17.20
That’s a nifty 44% profit in credit.
CEX credit can be *VERY* profitable with GameStation, especially if any more deals get put into account (like the “+£2/Title” in the pipeline)
But, can be equally as good when ridiculous prices are found (like DS Mechanic Master, available for £4 at CEX – and trades for £15 at GameStation – as it was £18.40 during the £10 Extra promotion)
£18.40 – £3.40 = £15.00
But of course, these prices maybe updated by now – so its always good to keep some CEX credit squirreled away just in case

Why do you assume we all want Cex credit? It isn’t profit if it’s Cex credit.
I would never buy anything from that junk shop for myself, unless I was reselling/trading it somewhere else like Gamestation.
That’s exactly it fella!
I have to try and accommodate a wide spectrum of visitor – so look for deals that give credit here or there – then the cash ones for everyone to get involved with.
Im very happy with my local CEX, as are many other – especially for BluRays, always pick a few mint ones off the shelf – and pay a lot less then highstreet/web prices! (…And at a fraction of the CEX price too!)
But for this example, im looking at using the CEX credit to pick up all the cheap games that still have ‘reputable’ trade power at GameStation.
So buy ‘X’ for £10, Trade for £17, Buy ‘Y’ for £17, Trade for £30 etc etc etc
